In every war
There exist all wars -
All ways men have learned to fight and kill -
In all strife, we burn the same flesh,
Some say, its a necessary evil -
Without it, the wrong side will win.
But the truth is, in our hearts, we love war.
Fighting what is outside to distract us from far more
Painful battles, within.
In every war
There exist all wars -
Fighting, we will rage
Again, again, again.
